serverless
Serverless is a cloud computing model in which the cloud provider runs and manages the servers so developers do not have to.
Serverless does not mean there are no servers. It is a cloud computing model in which the provider handles provisioning, scaling and maintaining servers while developers manage only their code and configuration. Code typically runs on demand, and customers pay for what they use.
Function as a Service (FaaS), which runs code as individual functions, is the best-known form, offered by services such as AWS Lambda and Google Cloud Run.
