What to include
- The URL of the article
- Request type: factual correction, removal of infringing content, copyright infringement, or other
- The reason for your request and supporting evidence
- Your name and contact details
- For rights infringement, documents showing that you hold the rights
How we handle requests
We handle requests in the following order.

Acknowledgment
As soon as we receive the form, we email you a confirmation with a reference number.

Review and action
We review the request and take the necessary action, such as a correction or removal. Corrected articles show the update date.

Temporary measure
If infringement is hard to determine or a dispute between the parties is expected, we may temporarily block access to the article in accordance with the systems and laws of each country.

We tell you what action we took.
