Godot
Godot is a free, open-source game engine distributed under the MIT License that supports 2D and 3D game development.
Godot is a game engine created by Argentine developers Juan Linietsky and Ariel Manzur and released as open-source software under the MIT License in 2014. It supports 2D and 3D game development, runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and can export finished games to platforms including PCs, mobile devices and the web.
Developers write game logic in GDScript, its own Python-like scripting language, or in C#, and build scenes as trees of nodes. The nonprofit Godot Foundation supports its development.
